Patrick "washed ashore" on Cape Cod some twenty two years ago while attending UMASS Amherst. He comes from a large family with backgrounds in law, real estate, the trades, golf and education.
Now 17 years in the Cape real estate market he has successfully brokered and managed hundreds of properties from simple seasonal getaways to some of the largest buildings on the Cape and has specialized in Condominium & Homeowner Associations from the very beginning.
He is licensed in Real Estate Brokerage in Multiple States, a Notary Public and carries current certifications in Financing, Appraisal and Inspections as well as an in depth working knowledge of local Insurance Practices and Code Enforcement.
Though Patrick has spent most of his time on the Cape living in the Dennis/Yarmouth area he now resides in Eastham.
