We utilize a combination of our own in-house resources, including 2 professional carpenters, as well as a network of carefully screened preferred vendors to quickly identify and address any problems that may arise.
As part of our maintenance program, we provide weekly site inspections of the property, and either take care of any issues immediately or present our findings to the Board or Owner, and assist in securing bids if outside contractors are needed.
