Aside from professional bookkeeping services we offer every imaginable management service, such as in house, professional building and grounds maintenance services. Our clients are welcome to pick and choose the services that they want or need for their properties.
Gatekeepers will manage your community with a "hands-on" approach meaning the property manager will be involved directly with the work being done. Gatekeepers manages from the office and from the field,with our in house staff working with a variety of contractors allowing us to acquire the knowledge and insights that cannot be developed, nor expected, from others.
We are a Massachusetts registered, well insured, bonded and trademarked Property Management Company with an active real estate license striving to reach new heights in client satisfaction on Cape Cod.
Gatekeepers strongly enforces an alcohol and drug free work environment both in house and with any subcontractors. All trucks are clean and well marked, all employees are courteous, uniformed and knowledgeable.
